Job Opportunity: Mobile Growth Strategist

Overview of the Role

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with our core team to scale mobile growth campaigns and drive measurable success.

Develop, launch, and manage mobile growth campaigns across performance-focused advertising channels. Optimize audience targeting and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment, increasing focus on high-converting segments while scaling back underperforming ones.

Collaborate with the core team to improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and align on features that complement marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to boost app visibility and increase downloads.
  • Innovate with event structures and advanced bidding techniques to enhance the efficiency of CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns.
Requirements for Success

Over 4/5 years of experience in mobile advertising, with a strong focus on user acquisition.

Demonstrated success managing paid mobile marketing campaigns across platforms, including networks like IronSource.

Hands-on expertise in working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Adjust.

Proven skills in App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve discoverability and download rates.
