**Lead Destination Marketing Campaigns**

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to spearhead the development and delivery of high-impact destination marketing campaigns under the Visit Perth brand. This includes seasonal initiatives and ongoing strategies to boost visitation and reinforce brand presence.

About the Role
  • Drive the execution of the City's destination marketing strategy through major seasonal and always-on campaigns;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external creative, media, and production agencies;
  • Provide strategic guidance on campaign direction, brand implementation, and marketing best practices to internal teams and leadership;
  • Contribute to the development of the City's destination marketing strategy and annual communications plan.

You will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least seven years' relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, print, and outdoor media;
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including budgeting, media planning, and performance reporting;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience managing external agencies and internal partnerships.
