Job Description:

As a trainee in our team, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, operating within service level agreements (SLA's) and key performance indicators (KPI's), and providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support
  • Assisting with quotes, client communication and account coordination
  • Performing general admin tasks like data entry, filing and document preparation
Requirements:
  • Friendly, confident and well-spoken
  • Eager to learn and grow in a business environment
  • Reliable, organised and has strong attention to detail
  • Interested in sales, customer service and admin support
