Just Bathroomware is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant to join our boutique luxury bathroom showroom in Crows Nest. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we offer a secure, long-term position for the right person in a supportive and professional team environment.

About the Role

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you'll support customers throughout their journey. In this role, you'll provide personalised advice, offer product recommendations that align with each customer\'s bathroom design style, and ensure a seamless, tailored experience from start to finish. You'll be working five days a week, including Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu, working alongside our experienced sales team, you\'ll gain hands-on industry knowledge and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right bathroom solutions to suit their needs and bathroom design style.
  • Deliver expert advice and outstanding service across all channels—phone, email, and in person.
  • Support the team in meeting sales goals and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest bathroom trends, styles, and product.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming boutique showroom environment.
About You
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for design or previous experience in the design industry will be highly regarded.
  • Prior retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
