Just Bathroomware is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant to join our boutique luxury bathroom showroom in Crows Nest.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we offer a secure, long-term position for the right person in a supportive and professional team environment.
About the Role
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you'll support customers throughout their journey.
In this role, you'll provide personalised advice, offer product recommendations that align with each customer's bathroom design style, and ensure a seamless, tailored experience from start to finish.
You'll be working five days a week, including Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu, working alongside our experienced sales team, you\'ll gain hands-on industry knowledge and contribute to our continued success.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales, design and customer service within a supportive and forward-thinking growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding the right bathroom solutions to suit their needs and bathroom design style.
Deliver expert advice and outstanding service across all channels—phone, email, and in person.
Support the team in meeting sales goals and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with the latest bathroom trends, styles, and product.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming boutique showroom environment.
About You
Excellent communication and people skills.
Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for design or previous experience in the design industry will be highly regarded.
Prior retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
