Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our brand vision to life through inspiring and creative visual displays. As a key member of our retail team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellence across all visual merchandising spaces, drive commercial success, and create elevated in-store experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain meticulous visual merchandising standards across all store areas, ensuring daily excellence in display, pricing, and tester maintenance
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising and store teams to execute world-class promotional campaigns, activations, and brand activities, ensuring cohesive and visionary displays
  • Identify and drive visual merchandising commercial opportunities, support high-standard campaign execution, plan new product rollouts, and understand key KPIs to drive store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience executing in-store visual displays, installations, and campaign activations in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring daily excellence in Visual Merchandising standards
  • Demonstrated ability to create inspiring and navigable customer experiences, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and consistently driving commercial results
  • Confident communicator and team player with a history of embracing feedback, actively seeking improvement opportunities, and effectively collaborating with store and visual merchandising teams
