We're searching for a Visual Merchandise Manager to shape how our brand comes to life in physical spaces.
This role goes beyond traditional VM.
You'll own the full brand experience in-store - from layouts and digital screens to activations, storytelling, and campaign execution.You'll work across Creative, Commercial, Marketing, and Store teams to build immersive, customer-first experiences that are distinctly Adore.
From store openings to national activations, you'll set the standard for how beauty feels IRL.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute in-store brand and VM strategies aligned to business goalsOwn the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environmentsPartner with our brands, marketing and merchandise teams to translate campaigns into engaging in-store executionsLead the delivery of promotional activations, masterclasses, and retail theatreRegularly visit stores and ensure brand experience is consistent, engaging, and high-performingBe a key figure in our store openings, working with our teams to merchandise the storesWork closely with cross-functional partners, including Tech and CX, to deliver seamless omnichannel experiencesTrack effectiveness of in-store campaigns and identify opportunities to improve 23rd August, 2025 Adore Beauty is Australia's go-to beauty destination and our retail footprint is expanding.

You understand how great retail experiences are built: through sharp commercial thinking, creative storytelling, and flawless execution.You know how to lead from the front and empower others.
