The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leadership, stakeholders' management, and financial control of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans, including concept proposals, budgets, planning phases, project delivery, testing, change management requirements, project handover, and measuring results.
  • Partner directly with business users and external stakeholders to gather and analyze new technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational business units regarding the deployment of functionality, changes, configuration, and associated processes.
  • Analyze and deliver business process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external) to successfully deliver projects.
  • Manage business stakeholder relationships to deliver continuous value from technology while maximizing adoption and embedding of change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering technology or business projects.
  • Experience in formal project management methodologies.
  • Ability to run projects at pace and adapt to changes to the project portfolio and/or priorities.
  • Demonstrated change management capability, including cultural and process changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management specialist.
  • Customer service focus, with experience in Hospitality or Retail industries.
