Rural Sales and Service Representative

We are a leading provider of agricultural cropping and animal health supplies, serving large scale irrigation projects, agronomy, soil and plant health, and weather monitoring.
Job Title: Rural Sales and Service RepresentativeLocation: Multiple regional locations through NSW and QLD
Salary:A competitive salary based on extensive experience and qualifications is offered. We estimate the salary to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients, focusing on rural merchandise sales, service, warehouse and logistics duties, and assisting other sales personnel within shop premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for in-store customers, telephone calls, and emails.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Assist with goods transfers and receivables, sales, and transactions.
- Unload and receive stock deliveries.
- Maintain showroom and yard safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg.
- Actively maintain a clean, safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Operate a forklift.
- Ability to work Saturday mornings on a roster (once a month).
- Previous experience working in a similar role involving retail sales.
- An understanding of the rural industry.
- Knowledge of rural merchandise products.
