The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Rotary Wing Pilot or Observer to join our Concepts and Analysis team in Brisbane as an Operations Analyst-Rotary.

Our operations analysts have extensive experience and domain understanding, coupled with hardware and software engineering expertise, to deliver tailored analysis activities to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • We conduct modelling and simulation-based analysis to support decision-making on defence and national security projects.
  • Our team provides subject matter expert advice to support various Boeing Defence and National Security projects.
  • We collaborate with multi-skill teams to develop simulation and analysis environments.
  • We brief senior members on analytical outcomes and implications.
Experience/Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Army/Navy Rotary Wing Pilot or Navy Observer.
  • Experience in rotary wing operations in land (Attack/Reconnaissance) or maritime domain (ASW/ASuW).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
