We are seeking a senior leader to lead our rotary wing operations, maintenance, engineering, and product support.

Job Overview

This role will involve leading a team on site and remotely to execute engineering, maintenance, product support, and governance of rotary wing assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures to ensure successful execution of rotary wing operations.
  • Provide oversight to the growth and management of the team to achieve business outcomes.
  • Operate as a member of the leadership team to integrate with businesses and other functional support.
  • Build trust with stakeholders and establish collaborative relationships.
  • Cost account management and overall execution lead for all site activities.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in project management, business, engineering, maintenance, or a related field with relevant industry experience.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change through collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide strategic direction to teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management principles and associated governance frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience on Rotary Wing Platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Army Aviation Customer.
