
Facilities Support Coordinator

As a key point of contact, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager, ensuring effective management of Council owned facilities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in Administration or Facilities Management, or equivalent experience, and a current Class C Driver's Licence.
You must be able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work order coordination
- Purchase orders
- Invoice payments
- Liaison with suppliers
- Overseeing cleaners
- Facilities-related functions
