As a key point of contact, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager, ensuring effective management of Council owned facilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in Administration or Facilities Management, or equivalent experience, and a current Class C Driver's Licence.

You must be able to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Invoice payments
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Overseeing cleaners
  • Facilities-related functions
