About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our exceptional team in Melbourne at Chadstone. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, focusing on growth and development to achieve exceptional results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Management Experience: Proven track record in restaurant management, preferably in hospitality, QSR, or food retail.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive results, and manage conflict.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, COGS, and food safety practices.
  • Education and Training: Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management.
