Director of Learning Excellence

This is a hybrid role based in VIC or WA that offers the chance to combine people-first leadership with a sharp focus on results, empowering your team to thrive while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have a strong, adaptable approach to leadership, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance student experience, engagement and retention.
- Lead a team across multiple locations, fostering a culture that's caring, collaborative and high-performing.
- Drive improvement initiatives that result in enhanced student outcomes, increased student support and effective program delivery.
- Maintain compliance with VET and RTO standards, ensuring robust quality assurance processes are in place.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A flexible, adaptable approach to leadership, with a proven ability to navigate change with confidence.
- Proven management experience in an RTO or similar environment.
- Strong industry knowledge, including VET sector compliance and student supports.
- TAE40122 (or equivalent) qualification.
