About the Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Learning Design Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance student experience, engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative culture that is caring, high-performing and adaptable.
  • Drive initiatives to improve student outcomes, maintain compliance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee and guide your team in managing industry partnerships, securing compliant placements, maintaining program relevance and supporting commercial growth.

About You:

  • You have a strong track record of people leadership, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve great results.
  • You are skilled at building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, staff and external partners.
  • You have a broad understanding of the VET sector, including compliance, student supports and placements.
  • TAE40122 or equivalent is desirable.
