**Role & Responsibilities**

As the Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Achieving financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment, and labor productivity.
- Assessing treatment categories' performance and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Managing and coaching team members to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Planning and managing staffing requirements for optimal coverage and productivity.
- Leading the team to deliver our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) - Beauty Tailored To You.
- Overseeing the execution of marketing promotions and campaigns.

**About You**
- Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
- A background in retail, hair and beauty, service industries, or similar roles (highly regarded).
- Proven capability to drive staff to achieve KPI targets.
- Adaptability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Desirable business qualifications.
