The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Training and development in sales and delivery of finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions;">
  • Administrative duties such as system processing and stock control;">

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful applicant will also be expected to:

  • Sales and delivery of finance solutions;">
  • Sales and delivery of insurance solutions;">
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions;">
  • Assisting with vehicle stock control;">
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures;">
  • Driving high conversions and sales rates while ensuring customer best interests come first;">
  • Strengthening relationships between customers and the dealership;">
">

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;">
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;">
  • Ability to think on their feet and outside the box for customers;">
  • Strong customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales team;">
  • Ability to double close deals and assist Sales Consultants;">
  • Must be detail-oriented and process-driven;">
  • Ability to work autonomously;">
  • Ability to work across multiple sites;">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
  • High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite;">
  • Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire;">
