We are seeking a passionate and experienced finance leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing development and review of financial budgets, forecasts and financial reports.

  • Drive the development and review of financial budgets, forecasts and financial reports
  • Provide effective leadership to the Finance team and ensure the delivery of professional, friendly and helpful support
  • Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of standardised financial practices, systems and procedures

Key requirements:

  • Professional Accounting Qualifications (CPA/CA) with a degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the Australian Accounting Standards
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, including in a leadership or management role

The successful candidate will have experience in financial operations, including month end close, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, FBT and statutory compliance. Community Services sector experience is highly regarded but not essential.
