About the Opportunity

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across various client portfolios. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of experts to drive innovative campaigns and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic team of social media professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the wider social and influencer team to identify and capitalize on social-first opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill the team in the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Maintain open communication channels with key clients, ensuring transparent project updates and regular feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven social media strategies that meet client objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior role within a social or creative agency, in-house at a brand or publisher.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing teams, ideally within a social media or content team.
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
