Lead Social Media Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Social Media Strategist to lead our agency's social media and influencer campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and leverage your expertise in social media management to drive business growth and success.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage social media campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate data and trends into actionable insights, influencing business decisions and campaign effectiveness

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for B2C household-name brands
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of paid social creative best practices across the funnel, with knowledge of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign results against social KPIs and make data-driven recommendations
