Job Opportunity

ABL Group is seeking an experienced Country Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of its operations. This key role involves ensuring schedules and budgets are met, maintaining financial control, and managing operating costs to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate will have oversight of all business lines within ABL Group, preparing tenders and proposals, supporting the Regional Management team in growing business line offerings, maintaining and developing new and existing clients, and providing motivational leadership for operational/technical and administrative functions.

The Country Manager's responsibilities include implementing and continuously improving work processes to deliver excellence, ensuring all operations, deliverables, and quality of reports meet approved instructions and company standards, and abiding by specific internally established control systems and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day projects and ensure schedules and budgets are met.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals.
  • Support Regional Management in growing business line offerings.
  • Maintain and develop new and existing clients.
  • Provide motivational leadership for operational/technical and administrative functions.
