Our client is a mid-market Private Equity firm with a rich history in the domestic PE sector, with a reputation for providing strong returns for investors. Reporting into the COO, we are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio in WA, driving commercial, people and quality outcomes.

Experience & Skills
- Leadership - develop and maintain strong relationships while providing support & training while embedding a culture of continuous improvement
- Commercial & Financial - demonstrated success at improving profitability, managing P&L and improving cost efficiency
- Operations - track record in leading large scale services business
- Compliance - experience in highly regulated environment highly advantageous
- Stakeholder & Communication - proven ability in managing up, across and down to ensure collaboration and operational excellence
- Growth minded - ability to roll up sleeves, and work at pace with a high performing leadership team.
