- Lead and manage civil construction hire operations across WA
- Represent Mabey Hire as the senior leader in the region
- Champion health and safety initiatives and uphold a zero-harm commitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable growth
- Prepare and present reports on performance and key deliverables
Key Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a commercial or operational environment
- Strong sales and customer service background with a focus on relationship-building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Results-driven with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
