Senior Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance expert to lead our testing and release strategy for digital projects.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive automation, streamline testing processes, and enhance the customer experience across our digital platforms.
- Lead release planning, testing strategy, and execution across sprints
- Perform manual and automation testing using Cypress and TOSCA
- Investigate bugs, analyse root causes, and coordinate fixes
- Drive automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
- Collaborate across teams to unblock delivery and improve product value
- 4+ years' experience in QA, automation, and release deployment
- Strong leadership skills or desire to lead QA initiatives
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, TOSCA, GitHub Actions, Cypress
- Experience in agile environments and digital rollouts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
