High-Impact Quality Assurance Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive quality excellence and innovation within our SaaS platform. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement quality assurance strategies, lead both functional and automated testing, and lay the foundations for future scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement quality processes and frameworks that ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Define test strategies across functional and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Build automated test coverage using Selenium with Java (or similar stack) and maintain a high level of code quality.
  • Perform manual functional testing where required to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Create test plans, write and maintain test cases, and manage defect tracking to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and coverage to optimize quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA in a software or SaaS environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong hands-on skills in test automation, preferably with Selenium and Java, to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Solid experience in functional testing and test case design to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of quality to drive excellence and innovation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
