Role Overview

The Team Lead plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day planning and coordination of a customer service team.

The purpose of this position is to train, motivate, and support the customer service team to ensure daily targets and customer service delivery are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily task allocation, monitor, and manage team performance while providing regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  • Work within and enforce service level agreement timelines.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring all customer service SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Enforce procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Prepare KPI reports for team performance and hold monthly meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to oversee and motivate a customer service team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Advanced computer skills, including order entry.
