We are seeking experienced leaders to help us launch new Drive Thru Restaurants. As a leader at our organization, you will be responsible for inspiring teams, taking charge, and bringing energy every day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 crew members.
  • Own the Operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  • Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
  • Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
  • Assistant Restaurant Managers:
    • Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide a passionate crew alongside the Restaurant Manager.
    • Be Hands-On: From grill to floor, you're part of the action, ensuring smooth shifts and happy customers.
    • Focus on Quality: High vibes, higher standards—create epic dining experiences.
    • Smash Targets: Drive performance, develop your team's skills and celebrate wins together.
    • Coach & Develop: Help your team master their craft and grow across stations.
