About the Restaurant Leadership Role

As a seasoned leader in hospitality or quick service restaurant (QSR) management, you have a unique opportunity to own and drive the success of your restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and excellence, driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and financial targets.
  • Hire, train, and coach your team for long-term success, managing rosters, inventory, cost control, and compliance.
  • Owning Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards in your restaurant, creating a welcoming, fun, and high-performance team culture.
About You

We're seeking someone with strong operational and business skills, passion for food, people, and delivering an authentic guest experience. You should be calm under pressure, great at problem-solving and decision-making, confident in communication and team-motivating abilities, committed to safety, quality, and high standards, tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and holding a Food Safety Supervisor certification.

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or QSR management.
  • Strong operational and business skills.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Food Safety Supervisor.
