About us:

We're seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to drive the success of our restaurant team. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will involve leading by example, driving engagement and results with your team, and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact in our business.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, has excellent communication skills, and can motivate and inspire their team to achieve great things.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 staff members.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
  • Crew Development: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Financial Management: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
