Innovative Employment Solutions Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will provide workplace support to customers with disabilities, working collaboratively with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions that promote sustainable employment.
To be successful in this role, you will require an understanding of the challenges our customers with disabilities may face when commencing new employment. You must have a strong ability to support both customers in work and their employers, ensuring ongoing employment opportunities while sourcing future placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored ongoing support for customers/employers based on individual needs
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment outcomes
- Facilitate training and development opportunities with customers and employers
- Continuously generate new employment opportunities for our customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales/customer service background advantageous
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Disability or DES experience beneficial
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment
- Willingsness to obtain necessary certifications and clearances
