
Employment Opportunities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Support Consultant.
This role involves providing workplace support to individuals with disability, working closely with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions that meet their needs.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employers.
You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions that enhance long-term and sustainable employment.
- Provide ongoing support for customers/employers based on individual needs.
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities with customers and employers.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent people skills, a sales/customer service background, and the ability to build trust and rapport.
Disability or DES experience is advantageous, but not essential. You will also need to have organisational skills, a strong problem-solving ability, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
