- Community Engagement Specialists: Build strong local networks and partnerships to enhance community involvement.
- Diversity Recruitment Experts: Champion inclusive hiring practices and connect employers with diverse talent.
- Workforce Retention Coordinators: Support long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies.
- A genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development (role-dependent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – working with people from all walks of life.
- Proven ability to build relationships with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team leadership or coordination experience (for leadership roles).
- An understanding of local labour markets and barriers to employment in regional communities.
- A current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as required.
