We are seeking a passionate, Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at AEIOU Foundation in Bundaberg.
Company OverviewAEIOU Foundation is a profit-for-purpose organisation established in 2005 to deliver high-quality therapy and care. Our family-centred program meets the Guidelines for Good Practice and supports children with autism to develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive above award wages, recognising qualification and experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to five (5) weeks annual leave, annual recognition, Christmas leave bonuses, and access to salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our innovative early intervention program, which is evidence-based, individualised to the child, and offers support for the whole family unit. You will have the opportunity to use your demonstrated early education knowledge to support young children in developing life-changing skills, develop your aptitude in the field of autism-specific early intervention, and learn the principles of Behaviour Analysis.
You will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to professional development, staff-to-child ratios that allow you to give the necessary time to each child, and a strong culture and values proposition. Our centres have high staff to child ratios and are supported by wider therapeutic professionals across a holistic team and service model.
