Key Estate Law Professional Role

We are seeking an organised and motivated professional to prepare applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, draft estate planning documents, and undertake administrative duties.

  • Preparing complex estate-related documentation for various jurisdictions in Australia
  • Drafting comprehensive estate plans
  • Providing office assistance as required
  • Responding to customer inquiries

About You

  • A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and sound organisational skills
  • A desire to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Substantial knowledge or experience in Wills and Estates
  • Ability to supervise legal work and contribute to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates
  • 3+ Years PQE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PEXA and the Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
