Job Title

Senior Lawyer

About the Role

Wills and estates law firm managing Probate & Letters of Administration matters across various Australian jurisdictions.

Handling deceased estate property transactions and superannuation claims for clients with wills and estates needs.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration in multiple states and jurisdictions.
  2. Draft documents for estate planning purposes.
  3. Perform administrative tasks as required to support legal work.
  4. Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
  1. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
  2. Substantial knowledge or experience in Wills and Estates, preferably with PQE background.
  3. Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
  4. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
Preferred Requirements
  1. Knowledge or experience with PEXA and RedCrest systems would be beneficial.

This is a full-time role based in Victoria. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior lawyers to grow the firm's business in this area.
