Global Digital Leader for Buildings and Places

Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the digital transformation of its Buildings and Places business line. As a key member of the global digital leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives business growth and improves customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear digital strategy for the Buildings and Places business line, aligned with AECOM's overall digital vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that drive business value and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with technology partners to develop and implement innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of AECOM's clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry peers.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support digital initiatives and ensure effective use of company resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform digital strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in digital solutions creation and delivery, including at least 6 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience growing a digital business or business line.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Buildings and Places technologies, business models, customers, and use cases.
  • Deep experience in cloud, AI/ML, digital twins, asset management, advanced analytics, IoT technologies, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience working with top-tier technology vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and return on investment.
  • Experience working in international teams and presenting to executive audiences and clients.
