Global Digital Leader for Buildings and Places

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Digital Leader to drive the digital transformation of our Buildings and Places business line. As a key member of our global digital leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that accelerates transformation and delivers growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital solutions creation and delivery, with at least 6 years of leadership experience. You will be well-versed in Buildings and Places technologies, business models, customers, and use cases, and have a deep understanding of cloud, AI/ML, digital twins, asset management, advanced analytics, and IoT technologies and vendors.
Key responsibilities will include defining, communicating, and adjusting the digital strategy for the business line over a 1 to 5 year horizon, working closely with EC, IT, Global Technical Practices, and regional resources to define, prioritize, and deliver the right digital tools for project teams, and collaborating with Global Digital Consulting Leader to define the digital consulting strategy for the B+P business.
As a thought leader, you will provide support to business pursuits and CAM teams, focused on representative projects that support the realization of the digital strategies, including presentations to key clients and prospects. You will also convey thought leadership and industry expertise to teams, clients, and external audiences.
Important attributes and personal skills include self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized, and adaptable global team member, flexible with work times to align with colleagues in different time zones, and highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence senior leaders.
Qualifications include a BA/BS plus at least 15 years of relevant experience in digital solutions creation and/or delivery, including at least 6 years of leadership experience, demonstrated experience growing a digital business (or business line), and very strong knowledge and experience in Buildings and Places technologies, business models, customers, and use cases.
