Enterprise Architect - Business Banking Expert

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and provide strategic architectural leadership across Business Banking. As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will be responsible for guiding the evolution of our enterprise capabilities and platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To define and maintain Enterprise Architecture blueprints, guardrails and architectural roadmaps
  • To lead the development of target state architectures and capability models
  • To lead the adoption and contribute to the development of the architecture processes, controls, policies, standards, and frameworks
  • To engage with senior stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy and priorities
  • To mentor and support Solution Architects, Engineers and other architecture professionals
  • To maintain and apply advanced knowledge of emerging technologies through regular attendance at industry events and investigate, prioritise, and recommend improvements to target state architectures and with market leading technologies and industry trends
  • To represent Business Banking in enterprise-wide architecture forums and working groups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture across complex and regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of the business banking domain
  • Experience in driving strategic architecture outcomes
  • Experience in architecture governance, stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels
  • Familiarity with industry-standard architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
