Lawyer for Commercial Contracts

Commvault is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Counsel to support the Senior Counsel for APAC, as well as provide assistance to legal teams in the UK and EU. This role involves providing proactive and solution-oriented legal advice on commercial law, with a focus on the tech industry.
">- Support the Senior Counsel for APAC on various matters, including contract negotiations, compliance with data security and privacy laws, and corporate governance.
- Negotiate customer contracts and advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to the legal team.
Requirements
- Admitted as a lawyer in Australia.
- 1-3 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably within the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of data security and privacy laws.
