We are seeking an experienced and skilled commercial contracts lawyer to join our team. As a senior commercial contracts lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients across a range of industries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in general commercial contracts and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Providing commercially pragmatic advice to clients on a range of issues, including intellectual property, regulatory and contractual matters
- Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Experience:
- At least 2 years' PQE in a private practice or in-house legal environment, with a focus on general commercial contracts
- Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
