Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Strategist, you will spearhead the development and execution of bespoke marketing initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable growth in acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back efforts across all channels.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement - optimising campaigns and creating best-in-class customer experiences throughout our 1:1 marketing ecosystem. You will be instrumental in ensuring our team delivers exceptional service.
- Lead the design of omnichannel 1:1 marketing communication experiences, including journey design and stand-alone campaign design.
- Coordinate the delivery of omnichannel 1:1 marketing activities that deliver against objectives, stakeholder needs and divisional goals.
- Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvements to improve in-market campaigns and journeys.
- Provide strategic insights into forums.
Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience. Additionally, you will need 5+ years in business to consumer discipline with a strong emphasis on communications strategy, 1:1 marketing/journey design preferably in a large organisation.
