We are currently seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the daily operations of one of our purpose-built centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving forward-thinking strategies, team leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organisational policies
  • Maintain high standards of centre appearance and operational excellence
  • Manage a team of professionals, create efficient rosters, and promote staff development
  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to team members
  • Guarantee that educators deliver outstanding early learning programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community

To be considered, you must possess:

  • A strong track record as a Centre Director in early childhood education
  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, such as a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid
  • An in-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement
