Join us as an Assistant Revenue Manager, a key role that plays a crucial part in gathering critical data for all departments of the hotel.

About the Role

This position will involve liaising with key stakeholders within the hotels, including Sales and Marketing, Reservations, and Hotel Operations teams.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to communicate key event and high demand periods
  • Lead or assist in projects as required
  • Attend and contribute in meetings requiring revenue management input
  • Report on commercial analysis as required
  • Manage pricing and yielding decisions in the hotel RMS
  • Monitor and review competitor strategies

As Assistant Revenue Manager, you will have a strong analytical mind and be able to prioritise, work under pressure, problem solve, and manage your time effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reservations or revenue background within hotels or the travel industry
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Understanding of revenue management principles and practices
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other key systems such as Opera Reporting and Analytics, IDEAS, and Delphi
  • Strong communication and team work skills
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Resident)
