Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our revenue management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Distribution System Manager in implementing revenue management processes and distribution strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to the Distribution System Manager in implementing revenue management processes and distribution strategies.
  • Supporting the Distribution Systems Manager in facilitating training on the GDS platform, API connectivity, and Channel Management.
  • Assisting with rate development each year.
  • Supporting the Rates Manager in loading rates within SiHOT CRS.
  • Providing ongoing support to properties with setting up Channel Manager and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinating the rollout and implementation of revenue management policy and procedures.
  • Testing and participating in critical path processes for new connections with third-party suppliers.
  • Developing training tools and documentation with the Distribution Systems Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience as a Reservations Team Leader or Supervisor with a strong customer service and sales background.
  • Experience with a Channel Manager and/or SIHOT is advantageous.
  • An understanding of Revenue Management concepts with a good eye for detail.
  • Well-developed problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
