Job Title: Site Administrator

 

The Honeymoon mine site requires an experienced administrator to provide high-level support to the leadership and operations teams. The role involves administrative tasks, staff mobilization, travel management, document control, and communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of administrative, record keeping, and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
  • Manage flights, accommodation, and personnel mobilization.
  • Conduct site familiarizations and inductions for new staff members.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices, and administer the Document Control Management System (CDMS).

 

About You:

  • You have significant experience in administration, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Unrestricted driver's license with ability to drive manual vehicles is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential.
