Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Leader to join our CVRM marketing team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our diabetes, cardiovascular and renal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Forxiga brand and its indications, as well as upcoming pipeline assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives and drive business growth.
  • Analyse market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimise return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, and market access teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging therapeutic areas to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a proven track record in a marketing lead role.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
