About the Role

We are looking for a skilled marketing professional with expertise in designing and delivering data-driven propositions that enhance customer retention and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, interpreting data, and creating personalized propositions to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and experience in developing and optimizing customer propositions using data-driven methodologies. Additionally, they should be tech-savvy, data-led, and proficient in marketing automation and decisioning tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing complex datasets to create data-driven and personalized propositions
  • Designing scalable and flexible proposition frameworks to accommodate increasing volumes of customer data and emerging technologies
  • Defining decisioning rules to prioritize recommendations based on customer value, business goals, and contextual factors
  • Establishing mechanisms to capture customer feedback on recommendations
  • Presenting commercial updates, performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analytics tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Business acumen with ability to connect statistical insights with strategic objectives
  • Experience in developing and optimizing customer propositions using data-driven methodologies
  • Tech-savviness, data-led approach, and proficiency in marketing automation and decisioning tools

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks to support your personal and professional growth.
