About The Role

This is a full-time role based in the Sydney office, but we encourage a flexible, hybrid working model that caters to both in-office and remote work preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients.
  • Be the customer's voice inside our organisation.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise to help clients maximise their investments in unified communications and customer experience technologies.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on unified communications and/or customer experience technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level unified communications and customer experience solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within client accounts.
  • Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
