
Business Development Manager

This is a full-time role based in the Sydney office, but we encourage a flexible, hybrid working model that caters to both in-office and remote work preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients.
- Be the customer's voice inside our organisation.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise to help clients maximise their investments in unified communications and customer experience technologies.
- Identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on unified communications and/or customer experience technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level unified communications and customer experience solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within client accounts.
- Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
