We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our team of commercial lawyers in Adelaide. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work closely with our lawyers, contributing to the smooth operation of our legal processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients and staff via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
  • Managing diaries and arranging travel bookings for lawyers
  • Preparing complex legal documents using Microsoft Word
  • Preparing correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters
  • Coordinating monthly billing and managing electronic documentation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with document management and billing/time recording systems
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
