Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.

  • This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of MSCRM modules, system integration, and data migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities include leading the overall solution design and architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, and providing architectural oversight across all CRM modules.

  • Responsibilities also include defining the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks, guiding development teams with best practices and technical standards, and conducting architectural reviews and providing recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Solution Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects and a strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of MSCRM modules
  • Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies
  • Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools
